To create awareness among the students about various facets of entrepreneurship as an alternative career option and also to highlight the merits of pursuing such an option.

RESOURCE PERSONS FOR DAY 1:
Mr. Sriram Peri, Social Entrepreneur, CEO of “E SOLAR SHOPPE”.
He is a commerce graduate from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada. He did MBA & CAIIB while working in State Bank of India for 6 years. He has a great passion for the Environment. Entrepreneur Bug caught him and he left his lucrative job.
Manda Chiranjeevi Das, popularly known as Dr. M.C.Das took his Master’s Degree in Commerce from Andhra University in 1966 and later received his Ph.D. from Andhra University for his thesis on “Management of Civic Amenities: A Case Study of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation”.
Day 2 (24.09.2019):
1. How to start a SSI Unit (General Concepts)
2. Tech & commercial Aspects of SSI unit
3. Financial aspects of SSI unit
4. Support and financial assistance from Govt. agencies, banks, etc.

N. B Harshavardhan Reddy Freelance Corporate Trainer.
Harshavardhan has served as Junior Jaycee chairman of JCI Tirupati in 2017, president of JCI Tirupati in 2018 and currently serving as Andhra Pradesh State vice-president. Presidents, past presidents and members of JCI India felt happy about his nomination and congratulated him for his nomination to JCI Asia Pacific Development Council.

3. Lectures by participating entrepreneur’s success stories
4. Discussion with participants for their reactions about the camp. (Including with factory Visit).

3) DR.P.VASAVI (M.Com, M.Phil, MBA, Ph,D), Professor at NRI Institute of Technology.
They said, In NRI, strong teams will be built with fellow students where there is a constant flow of ideas because of the dynamics involved with the young generation. Entrepreneurship cell will channelize the flow of idea in order to aim at growth. The students are provided with the specific training on how to establish and control a business, so that they can achieve heights.
An entrepreneur is an economic agent who unites all means of production- land, labour , capital and technology thus produces a product.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP = CREATIVITY + INNOVATION
The change that entrepreneurs bring about is through creativity and innovation. Therefore, it is not surprising to see that entrepreneurs are among the more creative and innovative players of organizational change. Creativity requires for an entrepreneur to add value in the market place through the innovation process. From the idea generation to the successful product development and launch, innovation is the seed-bed for change. Charged with the coordination of the innovation process are the entrepreneurs.
It is the job of the entrepreneurs to be creative in identifying the gap in the market and innovate a product to fill this gap. To become a successful Entrepreneur, he should have the plan of, Identifying the stages of growth in the business, Identifying the milestones that require resources, Identifying the business advisers and hiring an excellent management team.

At the end of the workshop, student went to an Factory Visit to “SNEHA FLEX,Surampalli”.
