Organizer Statement: 

If the conference could not be physically held on time due to force majeure such as weather and disasters, it will be held through online mode and the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee. Participants are obligated to cooperate with the organizer’s arrangements. The organizers have planned to publish the conference proceedings with reputed indexed journals.
