The thoroughly hygienic dining facility takes care of nutritional needs offering appetising meals. Hostels have a welcoming environment and are provided with round the clock security. The hostels have interesting facilities and common areas like reading rooms, TV lounges, which encourage friendly interaction among students. The daily routines are carefully planned, from breakfasts early in the morning to evening study sessions and dinner. The day’s program is well structured, but also allows time for recreation. Technology & Connectivity
The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled and is connected high-speed internet and a strong reliable digital network. The Computer centres are open for long hours, which enables students to complete their assignments after class as well as projects and online training programs at ease without interruption. The Computer Centre at NRIU is generally busy with activity and operates from early morning to late night. It efficiently serves the computing needs and digital communication needs of all departments. Excellently equipped with more than 60 computers, it enables the conducting of online placement exams, recruitment tests, and training programs. The centre manages servers, internet and campus networks, and adopts latest IT advancements

Student Services
- In 2014, an e-Centre was established to provide services free of cost such as passport applications, renewals, and PAN cards for students.
- Students staying in hostel are provided access to Free internet access to enable them to study and complete project work.
- Based on +2, B.Tech, and M.Tech academic performance Merit scholarships are awarded
- Matching grants are offered by the college for innovative student projects and workshops.
- Students are provided lunch at a subsidized rate of ₹40, which is lower when compared to market rates.
- Students engage in eight active clubs supported financially by the college.
- Free buses are provided for technical tours, and transport charges are highly subsidized, saving each student ₹4,000–5,000 annually.
Transport
The university pays keen attention to every requirement of the students and faculty. The institution owns a large fleet of 70 buses and students can avail this self-owned facility of the university. This enables students and staff to travel safely at their convenience. The bus routes are planned to cover all important areas and ply to and from various locations in Vijayawada and other surrounding regions. The public transport through APSRTC is also available at a frequency of buses every 10 minutes. The campus is well located on the prime highway campus and hence offers excellent connectivity and easy access.
