The Central Library- Knowledge Hub
The Central Library is an important academic facility which supports the learning and research pursuits and needs of students and faculty. The library s vast and is spreading over 600 sq. ft. with a huge seating capacity of 150. The library functions on an open-access system and has a collection of 23,195 books across engineering, science, technology, and literature. It is fully automated with E-Z Library software, barcode systems, Web OPAC, and memberships in DELNET, N-LIST, and NDLI, the library ensures efficient access to knowledge.

NRIU has the best equipped laboratories are well which are regularly updated with new technology and meticulously maintained to support academic and research activities. The labs are gateways to discovery and offer students practical exposure to support their classroom learning through experiments and projects. The advanced equipment is extremely helpful in enriching the curriculum and research work. The high-end Computer labs are equipped with next-generation branded systems with all the latest software.
Enriching Curricular Activities
At NRIU much importance is given to extracurricular activities in order to encourage students to interact and advance through a wide range of student clubs, including Techinode, Students Actions Centre, Literary and Debating Club, Cultural Club, Galileo Club, Ramanujan Club, Sports Club, and Photography Club, along with an active Media Centre. There is active participation by students in these clubs where they gain qualities like leadership and creative skills while playing active roles in annual days, festivals, technical events, and intercollegiate meets.
Virtual Labs
NRIU is one of the few institutions to be recognized by IIT Delhi as a Nodal Centre under the Ministry of Education's NME-ICT initiative. NRIU is equipped with Virtual Labs that provide safe, cost-effective access to simulation-based experiments. They support and complement physical labs, enable remote learning, and improve student and faculty skills. Virtual Labs help overcome geographical and infrastructural boundaries.

High Tech Computer Centre
The Computer Centre at NRIU is a hub of activity and functions from early morning to late night. It efficiently serves the computing needs and digital communication needs of all departments. Excellently equipped with more than 60 computers, it enables the conducting of online placement exams, recruitment tests, and training programs. Transport
NRIU possesses a large fleet of 70 buses and offers its own transport facility to ensure safe and convenient travel for students and staff. The bus routes cover all important sectors and operate from various locations in Vijayawada and other surrounding places. Frequent APSRTC service ply every ten minutes, and the prime highway location of the campus provides excellent connectivity and easy access.
