Our Institution, NRI Institute of Technology, hosted a Two-Day (03rd – 04th October, 2019) Faculty Development Programme (FDP) organized by IQAC-NRIIT.
Day1:
The Resource Person Rajesh Pershad, M.B.A., PGDSM (PhD). Trainer, Educator & Management Practitioner, Hyderabad has handled all the sessions for the first day. He has over 24 years of experience in Academics Institutions, Additional Controller of Examinations (Autonomous Institution), Trainer for B.Tech. MBA & MCA students for Campus Placement, Resource Person for Infosys Campus Connect Soft Skills Programme, Personality Development Trainer for Peoples’ Skills, Team Learning & Business Etiquette.
He instructed about networking with the faculty as an interactive session. Later on he stressed on the perception – What you can’t see, Others See, after which some teaching models were demonstrated. Post lunch an Out of box thinking activity involving creativity were held.
