Government o f Andhra Pradesh through Department of Youth Services and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (I.Q.A.C) of NRI Institute of Technology had organized awareness among the youth in PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT on 21st October, 2022. During the orientation Programme, Dr.C.Naga Bhaskar welcomed the honorable guests and explained the importance of Personality for a human being to be successful in the life. Md. H.Mehraj, Chief Executive Officer, STEP, SERWEL, District Sports Authority, Eluru District, told the youth to get good thoughts which leads to develop good habit which will leads to good personality. Finally a Person with good personality reaches a dream goal successfully. Psychologist Dr.L. Venkateswara Rao, gave counseling session and motivated the youth on leadership qualities, Team work, Character building, Inter Personal Skills, Achievement orientation, personality Development etc
