PLACEMENT CELL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Training & Placement Cell of NRI is making a significant contribution to the growth and development of a student’s career by enhancing his/her employable skills. As part of this programme the P&T Cell imparts training to the young engineering graduates under three categories Viz. In house Training, External Training & Corporate Training, besides offering career counseling and guidance to the aspiring youngsters.
INHOUSE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our Placement Training Team is conducting Project Oriented Training and Placement Programs. The team comprises of experienced instructors who are working in various modules and operates under the guidance of experienced Placement Training Director. We are committed to provide high quality placement programs and excellent post training support.

Course material : Resume preparation, Interview preparation, Self-evaluation test, Mini project (case study) and project related documents. Mock interviews are conducted before the students attend the interviews.

All the necessary support is provided to meet the corporate and competitive world. Real time project issues and resolutions during the training will boost the student’s skills and confidence to perform well at the site.

We constantly monitor the needs of the industry and modify our programs according to the future requirements. Our Support team provides necessary support during the entire process of placements. This is our key strength for success in the placement area.

The Cell also co-ordinates the pre-placement activities of sophomore and junior students, and motivates aspiring students to pursue Higher studies with facilities for preparing competitive exams like GATE, TOEFL, GRE, CAT, GMAT etc. Further, workshops are organized to bring out hidden potentials of the students.

CORPORATE TRAINING

Although imparting corporate training to the students is a bit expensive affair in these days of rampant recession NRIIT stands undeterred and moves ahead with determination to provide the students with world class training by reputed corporate houses.
