Welfare measures for teaching and non-teaching members are not only for the development of staff but also for the organization’s development. A healthy and good retention ratio is maintained in the faculty cadre by creating a good environment and providing welfare measures as detailed below.
The staff is encouraged to give suggestions and regular feedback to improve the welfare measures in the Institute.
